Doubled Capo d’Orso and the Catacombs of Badia (we recommend a visit), you can see the valley of sunsets in which a stream flows (Torrente Reggina Major) at the mouth of which Maiori rises, dominated by Mount dell’Avvocata (1014 m . s / m).

To the west of the summit, gray and with a small mullioned bell tower, you can see the Convent of the Camaldoli.

In the town of Maiori, the church with a majolica dome with yellow and green stripes and a reddish quadrangular bell tower, equipped with a clock, stands out.

It is a fishing and seaside center known for the production of highly prized citrus fruits (lemons) and handicrafts.

Good supply of accommodation facilities.

Remarkable are the ruins of the walls built in the 9th century. Maiori is well connected with the state road 163.
